"The theme #BreakTheBias holds special importance to advocates and allies of women in professional spaces. Gigamon colleagues chose a range of IWD web meeting backgrounds to support their IWD activity last year as they worked to help #BreakTheBias.

During a Zoom meeting, click the ^ arrow next to Stop Video and click Choose Virtual Background to change or turn off your Zoom background.

Click the + icon to upload your IWD Zoom background image.

In the left menu, click Virtual Background.

Click the gear icon in the top right-hand corner and navigate to Settings.

Open the Zoom app and log into your account.

Identify your preferred IWD background image above, and right click it and save it to your desktop or device.

Need help installing backgrounds for Zoom?

Select Add New then upload the image from your computer.

Select Background (just below video image) and your background options will display on the right.

Ideally change your background before a meeting starts.
